Eric Zanovitch, development Specialist

Eric has been with Gilbert & Associates since 2006, he is a Microsoft Certified Dynamics Developer with certifications in SQL Server 2008 DBA and Microsoft Office Sharepoint. He has worked with Navision since 2005, version 1.2.

He has previous experience working with applications on Windows, Netware and Unix written in C/C++, Access, Foxpro, Visual Basic, Perl, .NET (C# and VB) and SQL, combined with some experience with electronic circuitry (he says he owns an oscilloscope).

Eric's favorite part of the job is developing creative solutions with new technology. Making it easier for our customers to do their jobs. Outside of work at Gilbert & Associates, you can find Eric doing all things bicycle related, including mountain biking in Banner Forrest, or track racing at Marymoor. He also adds pizza of all flavors, cupcakes from Starbucks, and his wide variety of animal hats to his list of favorites.

Michael Martin, Implementation Specialist

Michael joined the industry as an ERP consultant with Gilbert & Associates in 2007. He is a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certified Professional, a Sage Pro ERP Certified Consultant, Jet Reports Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and has COMPTIA A+ Certification.

Prior to Gilbert & Associates, he had been working with Sage Pro ERP since 2000 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) since 2004 in the distribution and logistics industry.

Michael’s favorite part of his job as an implementation specialist at Gilbert & Associates is working with business intelligence and report design. Outside of the office, you can find Michael enjoying long walks on the beach, talking about deep, soul-searching romantic things such as Data Cubes, Tablix Matrices, and tax reporting. [Just kidding.] He enjoys photography, cooking, kayaking, fishing, camping and road trips.

Jennifer Rodriguez, NAV Implementation Specialist

Jennifer joined Gilbert & Associates in June 2012. She comes with 10 years of operational experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a manufacturing and distribution capacity. She is extremely excited to be joining the Gilbert & Associates team that she has worked with since 2004.

Jennifer is most looking forward to learning from the existing team and bringing her working knowledge of NAV, EDI and accounting/finance to existing and future customers of Gilbert & Associates, as well as helping them to improve processes and increase productivity. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys playing with her two dogs, attempting to grow green things in her yard (other than weeds) and ballroom dancing.

Scott Hartman NAV Developer

Scott Hartman, NAV Development Specialist

Scott joined Gilbert & Associates in August of 2013. He is a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certified Developer who also holds certifications in Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Citrix Server Administration, and Windows Server Administration. Scott has been working with Navision since 2001 on version 2.6, and he has worked with ERP systems since 1998.

Prior to Gilbert & Associates, he worked primarily with Microsoft Partners or Dynamics NAV end users in the distribution and manufacturing industries. This experience has given Scott a diverse set of skills and expertise analyzing business problems and creating solutions in NAV, SQL, SQL Reporting Services, Jet Reports, Visual Basic, VBA, and more.

Scott's favorite part of the job is understanding and helping people with their unique problems. When he is not working on development, Scott is working at his other job, furthering his education. In his free time, he enjoys reading, writing fiction, discussing nerdy subjects with family or friends, and he is an avid gamer.


Robb Horncastle, Implementation/ Project Manager

Robb joined Gilbert & Associates in 2014 as Implementation Consultant/Project Manager.

Since starting his career over 10 years ago, he has worked in several different industries ranging from Horticulture, Manufacturing, to Non-Profit companies. He is a certified trainer for Serenic HCM and has dealt with a variety of payroll implementations. He comes with a vast knowledge of project management and process development. His career has allowed him to work with a wide range of clients, each with their own scenarios.

Robb’s favorite part of his job is project management and business process. He is interested in learning the way a company functions and helping to streamline the process and efficiency. He strives for coming in on-time and under-budget on projects.

Born in Canada, Robb enjoys playing hockey and rollerblading during his free time.

Rebecca Park, Sales & Accounting Administrator

Rebecca Park joined the Gilbert & Associates team as the Sales & Accounting Administrator in February 2013, just a few months after moving to Seattle from California, where she worked as the Marketing Coordinator at an upscale Italian restaurant in Palo Alto for two years. While living in the heart of Silicon Valley, she enjoyed experimenting with the latest marketing media and technologies. Born and raised in Minnesota, Rebecca has since lived in practically every region of the U.S., from Kentucky to Washington D.C. to Colorado, where she earned her bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Despite her love of travel and experiencing new places, she is happy to call Seattle home for awhile.

At Gilbert & Associates, Rebecca appreciates working as part of such a close-knit team, as well as the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, such as web design. Outside of the job, Rebecca also enjoys running, dance, playing Frisbee and exploring new hiking spots around Seattle. She is looking forward to a beautiful Seattle summer ahead and can't wait to plan some amazing kayaking trips for the Gilbert & Associates crew!
